Due to snow and difficult traffic conditions, today’s swimming is cancelled.
Please be aware that today’s land session at QE Boys is cancelled. Pool session is still due at 12.30 pm but please do check with the coach when the session will finish.
First and foremost, well done to everyone who competed in the Nationals this year, you should all be very proud of yourselves.
We did incredibly well winning four medals:
Alex Weir & Christina Maciejewski were able to swim their duet in 15-18 category and the 13-15 competitive team came 6th place out of 17 with a very respectable routine score of 59.5333.
We also are very excited that three of our girls: Rosie Rallings, Carla Pietrafesa and Lily Halasi have been invited to trial for England.
Thank you to all the volunteers (parents and team mates), who dedicated their time to ensuring that the competition ran smoothly (from coaching and team managing to helping with hair and assisting with the running of the event).
We’ve arrived at Gloucester ready for the Nationals. Good luck to everyone competing this weekend.
